American Move Co. is American Drive Co., LLC. The office is on Highway 501 in Conway, which puts Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Socastee, and the rest of the Grand Strand inside a normal delivery run. You book online, we drop clean totes at the door, and we come back on the date already on the order.

Questions, answered

How long do I keep them?

One week is included in the package price. Each day after that is $20. Those days are charged when you book, and the same card stays on file if the totes are out past the pickup date.

Do I have to be home?

Yes for the drop-off. An adult meets the driver. On pickup day, leave the closed totes and dollies together by the door and put the gate code in the booking notes.

What if my date is full?

The calendar only takes a window when there are enough totes and an open stop. If a day is booked, pick another one. We do not oversell the truck.

Where do you deliver?

We are based at 4280 Hwy 501 W in Conway and deliver across the Grand Strand. See every town we cover, including Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, North Myrtle Beach, and Surfside Beach.

Can I cancel?

Before delivery day, cancel from your confirmation page and the card is refunded. On delivery day, call (607) 221-5361.
